Over the years, some opportunities to share connections with the botanical world have emerged with artists. The first was some years ago now (2016), with Ciaran Frame who created BotSot – sound derived from plant form, descriptions, DNA. Ciaran’s work opened up a whole new world to me.
More recently I have connected in with Sophie Olivia and Paula Do Prado. Paula introduced me to the term ‘plantcestor‘ – what a wonderful word.
